These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of nabarfinder.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Venue Information

NA Bar Finder lists venues and their non-alcoholic drink offerings as a public reference. Menus, hours, brands carried, and program details change frequently and without notice. We make a reasonable effort to verify listings, but we do not guarantee that any information on the Site is current, complete, or accurate at the time you read it.

Always call the venue ahead to confirm what they carry before traveling for a specific drink, brand, or program.

User Submissions

You may submit venues or related information through forms on the Site. By submitting, you grant NA Bar Finder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, publish, or remove that information as part of the directory. We may edit submissions for clarity, accuracy, or formatting, and we may decline to publish or later remove any submission at our sole discretion. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share.

No Warranty

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or reliable. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NA Bar Finder and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any information found on it.

Third-Party Services

The Site uses third-party services, including Mapbox for maps and Cloudflare for hosting and analytics. Use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
