Three Spirit in Austin, TX

A fully alcohol-free bar founded by Chris Marshall. Sans Bar built the template that the rest of the country borrows from, with a craft NA cocktail menu and live music most nights.

A dedicated non-alcoholic bottle shop on the east side. Deep shelves of NA spirits, aperitifs, functional drinks, and RTDs, plus staff who actually pour samples and walk you through the catalog.

Opened in late 2025 with a composed, modern zero-proof program. The list reads like a menu at any high-end cocktail bar, with NA spirits used as base ingredients rather than substitutes.

A daytime-into-evening cafe with one of the most thoughtful NA cocktail menus on the east side. Pour-over coffee in the morning, Ghia spritzes and Kin Euphorics at sundown.
